Returns

                •              We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

                •              To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

                •              Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

 

Refunds

                •              Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

                •              If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.

                •              Shipping/delivery charges are not refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

 

Exchanges

                •              If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

                •              Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

Damaged / Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged/defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on availability.

 

Return Shipping

                •              Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/defect).

                •              We recommend using a trackable courier service.
